Terms of service

Effective September 20, 2026

Using KlatBuddy

By using KlatBuddy, you agree to these terms. KlatBuddy is an independent app for reading streaming chat and supported activity. Use only accounts, channels and connections you are authorized to access, and comply with the rules of each connected service.

Third-party services

KlatBuddy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch, YouTube, Google, Kick, Rumble or the other services it connects to. Their services, trademarks and content belong to their respective owners. Features depend on third-party availability, permissions and interfaces and may change or stop working.

When using KlatBuddy's YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Test software and availability

KlatBuddy is early test software. Messages and events may be delayed, missed or displayed incorrectly. Do not rely on it as a complete record of subscriptions, payments or other transactions; confirm those with the platform. Continuous availability and compatibility are not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

Protect your device and connection credentials. Do not use the app for unlawful access, harassment or abuse. You remain responsible for any third-party service charges or mobile data costs associated with your use.

Privacy and stopping use

The privacy policy explains data access, storage, third-party connections and deletion. You can stop using the app at any time, remove its local data and revoke linked access through the relevant platform.

Limits and rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact and changes

For support, use the KlatBuddy support contact shown on Google's consent screen or the contact through which you received your test build. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
